Welcome to the Problem Solving pageIf you can't show up in person just E-mail your computer problem to the problem solving group. Just click here and type in your problem. Include in your problem the type of computer, (such as a Pentium 200 or Pentium II), which operating system Win 95, 98 or XP. Also Mac problems are welcomed. Don't forget to include how much memory, size of hard drive. You will receive an answer by E-mail.
