Make an icon to shut down Win98.

Right click on a blank area on the desk top.

In the drop down window click on “new”  then at the top click on  “short cut”.

In the command line type      c:\windows\rundll32.exe (space) user,exitwindows

Click on next.

In the line type in a name such as "shut down"  or "exit".

Then click finish.

You can change the icon by right clicking on it.

Click on change icon & choose a different icon.
